LUXURY MODERN VILLA - FULLY RENOVATED IN 06/07 Vila Nada is fully air-conditioned with 174sqm of space, large balconies on the 1st & 2nd floors and a large terrace area with infinity edged pool and out door shower. The 1st floor balcony wraps round the side of the villa & has an inbuilt BBQ. It is accessed from the road and has a carport with parking for 3 cars.

Vila Nada is situated in the beautiful bay of Bigova, a small fishing village some 20/30 minutes drive from Kotor old town and 20/25 minutes from Tivat, the villa faces out over the bay in a south-westerly direction ? giving you all day sun and a beautiful sunset into the sea each evening. Bigova is fast becoming one of the most sought after destinations in Montenegro for its quaint un-spoilt characteristics. The village has its own very small pebble beach, shops and a number of restaurants & cafes. Plavi Horizonte (Blue Horizons), a beautiful sandy beach with restaurants & facilities which has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award is only a 20/30 minute drive away. Dubrovnik Airport is approx 1.5 hours drive and is currently the most accessible airport. There are a limited number of flights into Tivat Airport which is approx 20 minutes drive.

Accommodation

Accommodation is over 3 levels & sleeps 10-12, it also has a cot & high chair. Ground floor is fully self contained with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with bath, kitchen & lounge with a sofa bed. The 1st floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining area with doors opening to stunning views over the bay, shower room & utility room. The lounge has a double sofa bed. The 2nd floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds (1 ensuite), both with balconies and the 3rd with 1 single bed & 1 set of bunk beds, family bathroom with bath & shower. The villa is furnished to the highest standards with all mod-cons.

Accommodation notes

This villa has undergone complete refurbishment inside and outside to include brand new kitchens, bathrooms and a new double infinity edged pool with gated access. This was completed in May 2007. Please note: As with many villages in Montenegro the roads in Bigova are narrow and unmade in places, there is a narrow access point at the entrance of the village measuring 2.4m wide. Vila Nada is in an elevated position (hence the superb views) and is accessed via an unmade road with one steep incline. We have accessed the villa in vehicles ranging from a small saloon car to a long wheel based transit. For car hire from Dubrovnik Airport we have negotiated special rates with peugeot-rentacar, ask us for details. When enquiring mention that you will be staying at Vila Nada in Bigova, Montenegro.

Booking terms and conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking, balance of payment 8 weeks before arrival.

Payment accepted by bank transfer or telegraphic transfer.

A refundable damage deposit of 200 euro in cash is required on arrival to cover any damage or loss, this will be refunded at the end of your stay after a check by our agent.
During the low season (1st Nov to 31st Mar, excluding Christmas/New Year) the villa is available at reduced rates for smaller parties of less than 5. These rates will be dependant on the number in the party and number of bedrooms used. Please email for specific details. We regret that reduced occupancy rates are not applicable during other periods.
