Specialists in the Boka Kotorska, we provide some of our services exclusively in this area, from Kamenari to Lepetane. This means that if you are a property owner in Perast, Ljuta, Dobrota, Kotor, Muo, Prcanj or Stoliv you know your property is being taken care of by someone who lives locally, has local contacts and can react quickly to any issues you may encounter. As a visitor, we will be on hand to meet and greet you on arrival and ensure your stay is a memorable one.

Why Montenegro?

From the historic towns in the Boka Kotorska to the sun drenched beaches of the Adriatic, Montenegro is a small country that has it all. All seasons are catered for with skiing in the mountains around Zabljak and Kolasin in the winter, to rafting down the Tara river, through the second deepest canyon in the world in the spring. The summer provides a huge range of activities from watersports and beaches stretching from Herceg Novi in the north to Ulcinj in the south, to hiking and mountain biking in either the northern mountains or one of the many national parks such as Biogradska Gora. Autumn colour is revealed in amazing beauty from the Lovcen mountains down through Centinje to Skaddar lake, Europe's largest bird sanctuary.
